Alcohol-Free Contacts

If you’re questioning your relationship with alcohol and need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. My booth is always a safe haven at any show where I’m working, so keep an eye out for Little Hippie and Outcasty whenever concerts and festivals resume.

In the meantime, you can always reach out to my friends, Curtis CockrellAllie Morris and Harry Gibson. Curtis is a recovery advocate whose DM’s are always open and whose phone is always on for anyone. Allie is one of the people who inspired me to stop drinking. She is a bartender at the first brick and mortar alcohol-free bar in New York City, Getaway, and she is writing a book about her own unconventional path removing alcohol from her habits called "The Bad Girl of Sobriety: How bartending, psychedelics, and booze-free Rock & Roll livin' helped me quit drinking without AA." Harry is my man, and without his influence, it's hard to imagine I would have ever made the choice to give up alcohol. He can invite you to join his nightly online meetings where you will find a safe space to share your experience or simply listen to others.

If you’re looking for a more anonymous experience, check out the Pink Cloud app for local & online meetings or look for yellow balloons at any show or festival in the future. Wherever you see yellow balloons, you will find sober friends with open ears. You are not alone!
